Noli Noli Handmade is a custom toy company that sells sustainable products made of local upcycled wood. The founder's inspiration came from Japanese woodworking techniques, so I created custom lettering that would allude to trends in Japanese packaging design, and oriented it in vertical format similar to writings on Japanese silkscreen prints.
Since this is such a small company, I wanted to create a packaging solution that was inexpensive and simple to produce. With this in mind, I designed a rectangular sticker label that would be very easy to print flat, but would give the package some three dimensional design by folding the sticker over the edge.
